How to shop:

Start by looking for the clothes you want.  You can start out in specific categories with either image or text links.  From there you enter our online catalog and shopping cart.

When you find an item you want, all you have to do is hit the "Buy Me" button to add it to your cart.  

When you are ready, you can order by pressing the "Check Out" button and filling in the online form.  We process credit cards through our own server and PayPal orders through PayPal's secure servers.  You need a PayPal account to purchase this second way.  If you prefer to mail a check or money order, contact us for assistance.  Please note that we do not ship your order until your payment has been received.

 

What are the shipping charges in the US?

 

$5.95 flat fee for all orders.

 

Normal shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.  We DO NOT ship outside the United States. 

All in stock orders typically ship on or before the following business day.  If you see it on the website it is in stock...occasionally there may be an error in our inventory.  In that case we will contact you to sort things out.

Special note: If a package is sent to the correct shipping address, but is returned to us as "refused" or "undeliverable" the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to receive the order.

Do you ship to countries outside the US?

We do not ship outside the US.

How can I pay?
You may pay for your purchase online with Visa, MC, or Amex through our own secure servers.  Your credit card information is safe and secure and protected by 128-bit protection through Verisign.  Or if you have a Paypal account you may pay via Paypal. If using PayPal, you must meet PayPal's "Seller Protection Program" guidelines and have your order shipped to your Pal confirmed address or we will contact you for alternate payment methods.  You may also send us a personal check or money order. If you want to pay by check, please call us to place your order.  In any case, we require payment before we ship an order.
 

Can I order by phone?

Yes!  We prefer that you order via the internet as that automates the process and helps us keep our costs down.  If you'd prefer to talk via phone, email us with a phone number and best time to call and we'll get hold of you on our dime!


How long will it take to receive an order?
Usually 4 to 8 days from the time you order.  Orders ship from 1-3 days after you've placed your order.  Then shipping takes from 3 to 5 days.
 

How do you ship orders?

We ship most orders via United States Postal Service and use Priority Mail.  This gets to most places in the United States within 3 to 5 business days.  Furniture ships via Parcel Post, and can take 4-10 days to arrive depending on your location.


What is your return policy?
You may return items up to 15 days after their mailing date, providing they have not been used. The total price of your merchandise will be refunded, minus the shipping cost.
 

Do you gift wrap?

No...but all of our packages are neatly wrapped in pink tissue paper and sealed with a gold label.  When a package is shipped to someone other than the person who ordered it, we send a "Gift Receipt" which removes all credit card and price information.


What information do you need when I order?
We need only your name, address, and email address. We use the email to let you know if there were any problems with your order.  That's it. We'll use your email for nothing else. We will not send you email unrelated to your order, and we will never, under any circumstance, sell or give your information away.

What if I don't want to give out my email address or phone number?
We've hardly ever had to call someone (since we have the email address), so if you're uncomfortable giving out your number, simply put all zeros. We highly recommend using a correct email address, though, since it'll be our only way of contacting you. Email addresses are used ONLY for order-related information and never sold or given away.

Can I expect high quality from BeautifulDoll.com?
You bet. All our doll clothes are serged, sewn securely, and are made to fit the premium 15" dolls like Bitty Baby, 18" dolls like American Girl, and 22" dolls like My Twinn well.

Do you have a print catalog?
No, we don't. We add new doll clothes often, so a print catalog would be impossible to keep up-to-date.

Where can I buy 18" boy dolls?
Unfortunately, we honestly don't know.
 

Out of Stock Message

Important note: If you see the following message:

Do you make everything you sell?

Not anymore.  We started out by making every single outfit (and sometimes the matching shoes) but as time went on, and with the growth from the internet, we could no longer meet the demand.  We started commissioning others to use our fabric and patterns and we still have lots of product on line from them.  Later, we started buying from very reputable, high quality manufacturers. So, we have a mixture of all of the above on our website but even if we don?t make every outfit we believe we have a talent in picking out what the girls love and would only sell items that we would take the time to make ourselves.  We hope you agree.
